The Ratification Process
Local Notarization
Documents must first be notarized by a recognized Notary Public and then authenticated by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).
Embassy Review
Submit the original document to the Chancery. Our Consular Officers will verify the Israeli MFA stamp and diplomatic signatures.
Digital Ratification
Once approved, a physical stamp and a unique Digital Verification ID are issued, making the document valid for use in Somaliland.

Note: The Embassy reserves the right to reject documents that do not meet the security standards of the Republic of Somaliland or are missing required local MFA authentication.
